We are using PandaDoc in our day to day work. It allowed us to reduce time for paperwork and increasy our Sales Team performance. We are also using Pipedrive as a Customer Relationship Management System and integration with PandaDoc make it easy to track deal status, see all attached documents, their status and statistics on views. Which is really what it is. How the standard process of any paperwork looks? You preapring the document using MS Word template (in base case), checking that all required data updated and there is nothing wrong in a doc that current customer not suposed to see, then you writing an email with documents (quotation, proposal, contract example), after that you click on Send button and that’s it… sometimes you won’t even get any feedback and you don’t know was the document viewed or not (yo can know is the mail was read, but only if you use mail track software)… It is pain we were facing every single day.
But PandaDoc was a game changer for us. Currently we have templates for each stage of deal, whether it qutoation or contract example, or event invintation, or career proposal we sending it fast and know exactly when, how much times and by whom it was opened, and singed.
We also easily integrated PandaDoc with our CRM system Pipedrive. To be honest it was done in few mouse clicks and right now I can send any kind of document to all participants in open Deal with few more mouse clicks and it is awesome!
